2008-2009 Registration

General Information
For the 2008-2009 season Portsmouth Youth Basketball will consist of four divisions. Each division is formed based on grade level (not age). The registration fee for the 2008-2009 Portsmouth Youth Basketball season is $95 for all divisions.

There are just 100 spots available in each division, so please register your player as soon as possible.

On-Line Registration
To register for PYB please use the On-Line Registration feature. You will be able to complete your registration and payment by using your credit card in a secure transaction. If you do not own a credit or debit card please contact PYB for assistance with registration.

Registration & Medical Release Forms
Registration closes Saturday, November 15th. Each player must have a completed and paid Registration prior to the start of the season, December 6th. In addition, all Medical information on the registration form must be completed (one per child) prior to the player participating in the skills evaluation.

Fees & Equipment
Each player will be issued a game jersey as part of their registration fee. In addition, each player registered in PYB will be eligible to participate in a skills competition or playoffs at the end of the season (more information to follow). PYB registration fees also help to offset costs associated with facilities, equipment, insurance and officials.

Please have your child bring a basketball (please see size chart below), water bottle, dress in comfortable gym clothing and wear basketball sneakers.
